• Lead the analytics of customer lifecycle campaigns and customer behavior • Design and carry out experiments to test and measure marketing campaign effectiveness • Develop and validate statistical models to measure the effectiveness of various marketing activities • Analyze pools of data to discover trends, patterns, or correlations • Work with business partners to transform customer understanding into measurable business results • Present findings on customer behavior and actionable recommendations to multiple audiences • Establish KPIs to demonstrate an increase in lead generation and sales • Build automated dashboards and campaign readout presentations
• 5-7 years of experience using data mining/analytical methods, preferably in marketing optimization • Experience evaluating various types of marketing campaigns • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, data mining and other analytical techniques • Hands-on experience with data gathering/management/manipulation • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, or equivalent • Strong working knowledge of statistical software and programming (R, Python, SAS preferred) • Expertise in SQL and Python to join and transform data into workable datasets • Self-starter able to adapt to changing conditions/requirements • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Clear and effective communication at various levels of the organization • Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or data science preferred
