•Lead and manage critical talent management initiatives •Act as a strategic consultant and executor •Drive programs that strengthen strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent calibration •Leverage data to analyze workforce trends and make recommendations •Manage long-term talent projects requiring strong project management skills •Partner effectively with HRBPs and business leaders •Evaluate and implement tools to enhance talent development processes •Enhance and optimize Workday systems for better functionality

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience •7+ years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, or a related HR function •Experience developing and leading talent management programs and processes with proven experience in succession planning, strategic workforce planning, talent calibration, and high-potential development programs •Proficiency in talent assessment tools and methodologies •Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform decision-making •Demonstrated success in interacting and influencing across all management levels •Ability to think strategically, to process and connect seemingly unrelated information, to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information and draw conclusions and recommendations •Organized, self-motivated, flexible, creative, and motivated by working in a rapidly changing environment •Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate, engage, and inspire others, working cross functionally •Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint •Self-aware active learner who strives to be a part of an open development-oriented team.
