Description
• 100% on the phone • Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided) • Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided) • Making job offers, sending background checks • Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation
Requirements
• Enjoy talking with people • Bi-lingual English and Creole a must • Experience with MS Excel skills • Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365 • Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment • Strong organizational & communication skills • Familiarity with online job hunting websites • Passion for People • Ideal locations: Arizona, Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Mexico, Maryland and Wisconsin.
