Description

•We have an exciting opportunity on our Operations team at Encore Vet Group! •We’re looking to add an Operations Support Specialist to our Home Office team. •The Operations Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting field operations across the entire organization. •This position will be responsible for supporting the Directors of Practice Leadership and Operations (DPLOs) in their support of Encore’s partner hospitals. •The Support Specialist will provide support in data collection and analysis, operational workflow improvements, and facilitation of interdepartmental communication. •This position will be an integral part of ensuring our organization’s health, productivity, and overall success.

Requirements

•You have prior experience working in a multi-site management model, preferably in the veterinary space. •You’ve obtained a college degree (highly desired but not required). •You’re willing to travel up to 20% of the time. •You’re a critical thinker who is adept at problem solving. •You’re someone who appreciates writing and values detailed notes. •You possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. •You enjoy working collaboratively with a team and are committed as an operations professional. •You have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization strengths. •You understand that confidentiality, ethical, and legal compliance are imperative. •You’d like to be part of a team that has fun, is supportive, dedicated, and passionate about contributing to the veterinary space.
