Description

• Endomag requires a Product Manager to support the maturing market in the UK. • These requirements include strategic focus on Magtrace expansion and the launch of Gen 3 Sentimag platform. • Responsible for lifecycle management of Sentimag product line. • Implement product strategy, co-ordinate cross-functional teams, work with clinicians and ensure products meet needs of healthcare providers and patients. • Strong background in sales, coupled with experience in marketing or business development, to effectively manage and promote product offerings.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. • Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or specialized treatment centres is highly preferred. • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the medical device industry or a related field. • Experience with breast cancer treatment products is a strong plus. • Experience in marketing or business development, including market analysis, product positioning, and partnership development. • Familiarity with breast cancer diagnostics and treatment technologies, or the ability to quickly learn and understand complex medical devices. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to analyse market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and strategy. • Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate those needs into actionable product features and improvements. • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. • Ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies that align with company objectives. • Deep commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of healthcare providers and patients. • Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and customer requirements. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and make informed decisions. • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing product specifications, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
