Description

• Endpoint is an interactive response technology (IRT®) systems and solutions provider that supports the life sciences industry. • The Associate Director, Testing is responsible for ensuring exceptional delivery of testing services to clients, maintaining oversight of the US-based Operations Testing team, and upholding quality standards and on-time delivery. • This role will also serve as a technical liaison, interfacing with clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility in software testing, with experience in testing automation preferred. • 5-7 years of experience in the life science industry. • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and foster a commitment to excellence. • Prior experience supporting sales activities is a plus. • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred. • Prior experience delivering Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Interactive Web Response (IWR), and Interactive Mobile Response (IMR) platforms is a big plus. • Proven leadership experience leading distributed teams, especially in a regulated industry, is highly desirable.
