Description

• Endpoint is an interactive response technology (IRT®) systems and solutions provider that supports the life sciences industry. • The Manager, Project Management is the primary client interface for client implementations, from initial engagement to final launch. • They are responsible for shepherding projects through the development lifecycle while working collaboratively with teammates and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. • Additionally, the Manager, Project Management will lead a successful team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience • Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in an IRT Project Management role, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn very quickly. • Previous line management experience is required. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionals. • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
