Description

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team to ensure project deliveries. • Regular liaison with clients with project updates, feedback and problem solving. • Proactively identifying and addressing issues that may arise during the production process, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. • Collaborating with internal, external, local and international teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Experience in a project management role/ production co-ordination role. • Experience of architectural visualization/ real estate and/or in the AEC industry. • Proficiency in project management software (Jira/ Confluence, Review Studio). • Self-motivated. • Strong verbal and written English skills. • Organised and meticulous attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Flexibility to work on weekends and on demand (especially around project launches).
