Description

• Lead payroll project requirements and gather workshops to facilitate meetings in the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Testing • Manage the Go Live waves • Produce and maintain a project plan for all departments from kick off to go live for all countries in scope • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to HR, Benefits, Compensation, AP, Treasury & External providers • Develop the governance framework to ensure that change management is deployed to all stakeholders • Assisting in reviewing payroll data during the submission and parallel phases • Support all relevant Finance/Accounting teams with reconciliations during the build of the accurate General Ledger journal entries (salaries, pension, taxes, and social security) • File and label all confidential correspondence in ‘Box’ accordance with Data Security legal requirements and company policies whilst maintaining WFS Documentation retention policies in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

Requirements

• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification • 5-6 years experience in Payroll is essential • Deep expertise of the Payroll implementation, Cloudpay is preferable • Knowledge of WORKDAY is highly desirable • Knowledge on ADP Streamline is preferable • International experience is highly desirable
