Description

• This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team and manage projects within the Operations function • Oversee and manage projects that have been approved by the Business Change Team • Collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and department heads • Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows or automate tasks • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation • Conduct post-project reviews to assess project outcomes and areas for improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years MSP Experience • Significant Project Management experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Eagerness to learn and develop both themselves and the business • Reliable and approachable • The ability to remain calm under pressure • Confidence in making decisions and follow up their decisions with action • Capable of working with minimum supervision • Demonstrated ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with all levels of an organisation
