• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices • Experience in product prioritisation, roadmap development, and delivery of user functionality within a fast-growth environment • Ability to ruthlessly prioritise against objectives, articulate desired outcomes, and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve them • A natural talent for numbers, with experience in identifying behavioural insights from qualitative research • Ability to balance business and customer needs and demonstrate the impact of problem-solving on business KPIs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences • A collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to get input from the team • High tolerance for ambiguity, ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines, and a willingness to take risks • Self-motivated and proactive • A basic understanding of technical concepts is essential • A technical background (e.g., previous experience as a developer) is a significant advantage but not essential
• The salary on offer for this role is up to £65,000 to £70,000 per annum. • In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
