Description

•Manage project deliverables and ensure quality control •Oversee budgets, timelines, and processes •Facilitate progress on multiple projects •Communicate project progress to management and clients •Engage with customers and collaborators •Conduct market research and data analysis •Track industry trends impacting energy efficiency •Organize and facilitate virtual meetings •Manage subcontractors and conduct literature searches

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in energy-related or policy-related discipline •Minimum of two years of work-related experience •Or four years of related experience in lieu of a degree •Technical experience in building energy systems preferred •Experience with energy codes preferred •Strong analytical skills •Intermediate Microsoft Office experience •Familiarity with task management software •Strong writing and communication skills •Excellent organizational skills •Ability to work independently •Willingness to travel occasionally •Enthusiasm for teamwork
