Description

Serve as a product development and management expert for Energy Solutions. • Lead product development of new products and service offerings. • Drive the update of existing products for market competitiveness. • Provide product management leadership for utility clients. • Coach and support Product Managers in daily tasks and iterate on product processes. • Collaborate with the marketing team for product collateral updates. • Research market drivers and trends for product-market fit.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, STEM, or environmental discipline. • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 of those years in a Product Management role. • Proven professional experience designing and managing products or services. • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice of customer outreach. • Ability to analyze markets and apply findings to development decisions. • Direct project management experience including partnership management and program design development. • Experience leading and managing cross-team projects and goals. • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on core product management activities. • Willingness to work as part of multiple teams and balance parallel workstreams. • Pre-interview deliverable on product requirements and strategy.
