Description

• Drive vision, strategy, and execution of key products • Mentor and guide other product managers • Define and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy • Align product strategy with overall business goals • Develop and manage the product roadmap • Work closely with engineering, design, and other departments • Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams • Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success • Mentor and guide junior product managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role • Experience managing Mobile products/solutions is a must • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex product portfolios • Business acumen along with technical expertise to enable complete cradle to grave lifecycle management of product portfolio • Experience working in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams
