• Driving the vision and strategy for Consumer Trade at Coinbase • Managing individual contributors while improving current offerings • Leading the future of user discovery, research, trade, and performance reflection • Collaborating with teams managing Staking, Advanced Trade, Coinbase Card, and more • Developing multi-year roadmaps with high business impact

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant time spent managing people • Strong expertise with personal finance products • A proven track record of excellent product thinking and judgment in building high-quality consumer experiences • Strong ability and excitement to both scale up and scale down • Experience working with, balancing needs, and maintaining strong relationships across stakeholders • Demonstrated ability in working with a high degree of business and technical complexity • Demonstrated ability to ship a holistic product experience • Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains • Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
