Description

• Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Scheduling & Capacity products that power experiences across ServiceTitan. • Focus on the end-to-end customer experience, working with cross-functional teams. • Engage closely with our customers to understand their current processes and needs. • Promote a culture that prioritizes customer outcomes and ease of use. • Define, evaluate, and obsess over key performance metrics to improve product quality. • Drive success and adoption of your products by partnering closely with various teams. • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant work experience, at least 5 years in a product management role, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products. • Strong technical acumen and deep customer empathy with experience delivering intuitive customer experiences. • Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering high quality products on time. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities. • 4-year degree from a top university, related graduate degree preferred.
