• More than 2 years of experience in selling Omnichannel Contact Center Solutions / Contact Center Solutions • Consultative selling experience • Great negotiation skills • Successful track record of selling a complex technology solution • Experience in managing metrics and KPIs • Genuine enthusiasm and knowledge about technology • Ability to lead project teams to achieve business results in a highly complex matrix environment • Ability to listen, build relationships, build consensus, and gain trust of multiple areas
