• Develop research briefs that incorporate a clear understanding of our clients’ business, needs, and objectives, as well as recommended research methodologies and execution plans that exemplify end-to-end thinking of the role of research within the overarching program of work • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations • Present findings to clients and internal teams, effectively communicating insights and strategic recommendations • Collaborate with strategists and designers to integrate research insights into the design process
• 5+ years experience conducting UX research within an agency or consultancy environment • A strong history of work demonstrating skill, methodology, and strategic impact on projects • Exceptional communication skills; ability to listen, and present effectively to senior stakeholders • Experience defining research plans and rationale for specific methodologies used • Confident leading one-on-one interviews, presentations, and workshops at a senior level • Extensive experience leading qualitative and quantitative research and analysis • Experience with remote testing tools • Advanced knowledge of usability, accessibility, analytics, and A/B testing • Proven ability to build trust as a strategic advisor and capable team leader focused on delivering exceptional work
