Description

• Provide high-level strategic and operational support to the CEO. • Assist the CEO in developing and implementing business strategies. • Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects. • Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. • Conduct research and follow up on inquiries. • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining an updated calendar. • Perform various clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. • Handle day-to-day office administration and process billing invoices. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative assistance, with at least 3 years in C-level executive support. • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and operations. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Google Suites, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
