β€’ Executive Support to the CEO: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. β€’ Handle all communications directed to the CEO, including screening calls and emails. β€’ Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO. β€’ Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO. β€’ Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. β€’ Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals. β€’ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with the finance team. β€’ Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. β€’ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business goals. β€’ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. β€’ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. β€’ MBA preferred. β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in C-level executive support. β€’ Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations. β€’ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. β€’ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
