• Executive Support to the CEO: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. • Handle all communications directed to the CEO, including screening calls and emails. • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO. • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with the finance team. • Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business goals. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in C-level executive support. • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
