• Act as a HR trusted advisor for multi-state clients • Help Managed Service clients with tactical HR processes and technology • Support customer base with payroll processing from start to finish • Provide excellent customer service • Identify new opportunities to drive growth and build the brand
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience • 2-4 years of human resources experience • 2+ years of payroll processing experience • 2+ years of HRIS experience (UKG Workforce Ready preferred) • Problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills • Knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws
