🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. PHR certification strongly preferred • 2-3+ years as an HR or payroll specialist, administrator or coordinator • Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to have consultative conversations • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks while maintaining integrity of data • Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel abilities • Ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations • Global and cultural awareness • Ensure security, availability, and confidentiality of all sensitive data collected, processed, or stored by this position
