Description
• The Provider Enablement Consultant will play a key role in helping providers succeed in value-based care (VBC) arrangements. • This position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong analytic capabilities to support providers in optimizing care quality, patient outcomes, and performance metrics. • The ideal candidate will work closely with providers to identify areas for improvement, offer strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with value-based care goals.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted licensure. • Analytic Skills: Strong ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics, with a solid understanding of value-based care models. • Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare consulting, or provider performance improvement. • Knowledge of Value-Based Care: Familiarity with VBC metrics, including quality measures, cost savings, patient outcomes, and payer expectations (e.g., HEDIS, MIPS, ACOs). • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance provider performance. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare providers. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with healthcare technology systems (EHRs, performance dashboards) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
