Description
• Remote role requiring clinical experience and skills in healthcare services. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate options for members' healthcare services. • Communicate with providers to facilitate care/treatment. • Identify members for referral opportunities and promote quality effectiveness.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse. • Active current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence. • 1+ years of clinical experience in acute or post-acute setting. • Availability to work Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm CST or EST. • Managed care and discharge planning experience preferred.
