Description

•As a Deliverability Consultant, you are considered a subject matter expert internally and externally. •Your main focus will be helping guide our clients to sending success by interpreting deliverability-related data. •Providing meaningful, prescriptive, actionable guidance by way of reports, business reviews, and regular client meetings. •Occasionally help in the sales process and will be heavily involved in the implementation and onboarding of new clients. •Tackling side projects to help improve our processes and the client experience will be a big part of your day-to-day.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role. •Familiarity with MTA service providers (Mailgun, Sparkpost, SendGrid, Halon, PMTA, etc). •Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level MBPs. •Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions. •Good understanding of email authentication, SPF, DKIM, DMARC & BIMI. •Experience with onboarding clients including building and executing ramp plans. •Autonomous in day-to-day work, with the ability to identify the next prioritized task. •Ability to interpret high-level data on behalf of non-technical marketers. •High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills. •Proficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides). •Experience using self-hosted MTA such as KUMO, GreenArrow or similar. •Strong presentational skills, both building and delivering. •Commercially minded.

Benefits
