• At Enode, our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. • We are looking for a Head of Strategic Accounts to lead our commercial efforts towards our most important customers. • You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for defining and executing a holistic commercial strategy for succeeding with the largest energy companies in the world. • This position is fully remote within Europe, with the need for travel to clients around the world. • Take the lead on our Strategic Accounts from a commercial perspective, leading our sales dialogues with potential and existing customers. • Build the commercial playbook within this customer segment, focused on getting energy retailers from connecting to Enode to getting large value from our products. • Build the right team to execute our ambitious plans with some of the largest energy companies in the world. • Work closely with Customer Success and other Enode teams to help our P1 customers launch and succeed with our products. • Continue to develop processes, tooling and performance management for a world-class sales team together with revenue operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience successfully leading and scaling a B2B SaaS Sales team in a complex environment • Demonstrable track record of growing ARR through land-and-expand B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a similar Series A-B stage startup • Ability to lead by example and be hands-on with key accounts to drive a high-performing sales culture • Ability to build trust and set the agenda for senior leadership at large energy companies • Highly independent and organized, with the ability to self-prioritize and drive processes forward • Bonus: Expert on API business models, energy markets, DERs and/or demand response • Must: Passion for our mission of accelerating the energy transition as well as empathy for the team and our customers.
