β€’ At Enode, our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. β€’ Enode is looking for a CSM/Implementation Consultant to join our Strategic Accounts team. β€’ You will work closely with our customers and help them build cutting-edge energy management applications that save the end-user money and help balance the grid. β€’ As a Strategic CSM you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of high priority customers. β€’ You will be expected to help shape our strategy and ensure that we install the right processes, systems, technologies and team to be successful.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts (e.g., management consulting, customer success, or similar) β€’ Has worked with technical products in a consultative format across complex organisations β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Bonus: Experience from either the energy sector and/or API products β€’ Bonus: Experience in product management β€’ Motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and work on company-building challenges β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
