• At Enode, our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. • Enode is looking for a CSM/Implementation Consultant to join our Strategic Accounts team. • You will work closely with our customers and help them build cutting-edge energy management applications that save the end-user money and help balance the grid. • As a Strategic CSM you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of high priority customers. • You will be expected to help shape our strategy and ensure that we install the right processes, systems, technologies and team to be successful.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role working with Enterprise/Strategic accounts (e.g., management consulting, customer success, or similar) • Has worked with technical products in a consultative format across complex organisations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bonus: Experience from either the energy sector and/or API products • Bonus: Experience in product management • Motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and work on company-building challenges • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
