•Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. •In the role of an Application Support Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. •Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process and effectively convert these prospects into sales.

Requirements

•Experience in a call center setting is preferred •Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen •Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices •Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types •Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
