📋 Description

• Managing Mainframe Operations shared/dedicated teams across various technologies • Rethinking assumptions behind traditional services and continuously improving Mainframe Operations services • Mentoring Associates and providing leadership on complex technical issues • Influencing technical strategy and hiring competent Mainframe Operations Associates • Ensuring client infrastructure and services meet predefined SLA

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree • Relevant work experience will be considered in place of a bachelor’s degree • 10+ years as a senior-level operator in a large-scale Mainframe Operations environment • Ability to support night shift by primarily working overnight hours • Strong leadership qualities coupled with strong technical background in managing various Mainframe Operations technologies • Demonstrated success leading Mainframe Operations support teams in a 24/7 mission-critical environment • Excellent communication (verbal, written and technical translation) skills
