🎯 Requirements
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets • value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom • preferably bring some coding experience • background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar • great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset • decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems • fluent in English, German, and other languages are a plus • detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality • curious person with a good sense of humor
