• Conduct the analysis and design phases of various projects. • Perform secondary assessments of client needs. • Conduct interviews with clients, documenting findings. • Perform detailed gap analyses to identify discrepancies. • Identify and document current and future state analyses. • Provide valuable input into the development of the project. • Present status updates to the Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. • Proficiency in Process Mapping, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, and Process Design. • Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industries and business situations. • Clear and informative communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
