📋 Description

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects within the finance and banking sector, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement strategies. • Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and third-party vendors. • Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. • Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial management. • Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards specific to the finance and banking industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the finance and banking industry. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required. • Strong background with State Street or equivalent top-tier financial institution is highly desirable. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Familiarity with financial systems and banking operations. • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
