• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Marketing Lead to join ZeroSum. • In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with games, online gaming platforms and communities, bringing sponsors and advertisers as well as leading our marketing efforts to attract and retain players. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the online gaming space, focusing on partnerships that can drive user growth and engagement • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with game publishers, influencers, and communities • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ZeroSum and attract new players and viewers • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure that our platform meets the needs of our target audience • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform our business and marketing strategies • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of our partnerships and marketing campaigns • Manage and mentor a small team of marketing and business development professionals.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on the online gaming industry • Wide network of KOLs and influencers in the gaming space • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships with gaming platforms, influencers, and communities • Good grasp in online gaming advertising and a portfolio of previous clients/event sponsors • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques • Knowledge of blockchain technology and the GameFi ecosystem is a plus • Located in EMEA or Asia to meet the team's working hours.
