• Lead ontology design and implementation for commercial and federal clients • Advise clients on semantic best practices and expand ontology programs • Develop and maintain ontologies with semantic and data management best practices • Assess existing ontologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing and managing ontologies in business environments with a strong understanding of ontology applications, design and management principles and best practices • Experience leading full ontology development lifecycle - requirements gathering and scoping, design, implementation, and management and governance • Expertise in semantic standards such as RDF, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL. • Hands-on experience with ontology tooling and management systems such as Protégé. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitative skills to work effectively on cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
