• As Senior Affiliate Manager at Envato, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing a high-performing affiliate program that helps fuel Envato’s growth.\n• You'll lead the affiliates team and leverage your expertise to identify top-tier partners, cultivate strong relationships, and optimize campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing and growing successful affiliate marketing programs\n• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse partners.\n• Proficiency in using affiliate platforms such as Impact (preferable) or Commission Junction.\n• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.\n• Experience scaling social channels and influencers (preferable)\n
