Our roles can be based ANYWHERE in Australia or New Zealand, and while we all mostly work from home we’re proud of how we keep our global team connected. • About the Role • As a Senior Project Coordinator at Envato, you’ll play a key role in organising and facilitating projects that require coordination beyond the typical scope of our long lived domain teams, these tend to involve multiple domains and external stakeholders. You’ll manage cross-domain projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with teams like marketing, customer service, and external partners. You’ll work with engineering managers, product managers, and business analysts to define project objectives and ensure accountability. • In this position, you’ll provide delivery assurance for strategic projects, monitoring progress across various teams, managing dependencies, and driving outcomes to meet project goals. By keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout each project phase, you’ll play a crucial role in successfully delivering high-complexity initiatives that span across different functions or domains, supporting Envato’s goals and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, within a technology-driven environment and ideally, within a global organisation. • Highly organised and detail-oriented, skilled at handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders from varied technical backgrounds and seniority levels. • Problem-solving mindset, adept at identifying challenges and removing blockers. • Collaborative and proactive, promoting transparency and accountability within teams. • Experienced in distributed, remote-first teams, adept at managing work across time zones. • Skilled in agile environments with a solid grasp of product development processes. • Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration. • Experienced with project management tools like Jira and Trello, supporting effective project planning and tracking.
