📋 Description
• Play a pivotal role in securing envelio’s infrastructure and systems. • Ensure the protection of sensitive data, and fostering trust with customers and partners. • Act as the Deputy to the Information Security Manager, working closely on security strategy. • Identify and assess security risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate vulnerabilities. • Lead or support efforts to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in IT security engineering, ideally in a SaaS or energy-related industry. • Experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners). • Familiar with network security, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection and strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, authentication mechanisms, and threat modeling. • Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST. • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
