Description
• Monitor quality of SOC services at customer sites. • Represent Northwave to customers and vice versa. • Support several customers ensuring SOC monitoring quality. • Provide monthly reports and hold regular discussions to optimise services. • Involved in new sales opportunities and lead projects within the SOC.
Requirements
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in IT or IT management. • Additional qualifications in cyber security (CISSP, CISM) preferred. • Relevant knowledge in IT management, IT security, and IT infrastructures. • Strong communication skills and independence required. • Very good German and good English proficiency needed.
