📋 Description
• Betreuung und Konfiguration der kundenspezifischen Proxy-Systeme • Sicherstellung des kontinuierlichen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs • Selbständige Fehleranalyse und Beseitigung von Störfällen • Planung und Durchführung von Changes auch außerhalb der üblichen Servicezeiten • (Teil-)-Projektleitung im Themenbereich • Ansprechpartner im 2nd und 3rd Level Support für Fragen im Proxy-Umfeld • Steuerung von 3rd-Level-Dienstleistern • Erstellung, Organisation und Optimierung von IT-Dokumentation • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Betreuung von Proxys • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Firewall-Systemen wäre wünschenswert • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Proxys, idealerweise der Hersteller Broadcom und Skyhigh • Linux Kenntnisse sind ein Plus • Teamarbeit und Flexibilität • Motivation und Lernbereitschaft in neuen Themengebieten • Verständnis der grundlegenden ITIL Prozesse • Know How zu ITSM Prozessen sowie BSI Standards, ISO 27001 von Vorteil • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
