• Lead the charge into new market segments, with a particular focus on one or more of palm oil, rubber or cocoa. • Servicing clients, including generating insights on sustainability topics, building and editing reports, and managing client relationships. • Manage and work with global colleagues on special projects on a wide range of sustainability topics, such as greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, farmer cost of production, and school attendance. • Participate in discussions and working groups with clients on various sustainability topics, such as living income, regenerative agriculture, carbon footprint, and impact
• 5+ years’ relevant work in one or more of the target sectors. • Experience in commodity trading, consulting, business, finance, quantitative research, data analysis, international development, or sustainable agriculture. • Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic record, related to development studies, economics, business, statistics, or other relevant discipline. • Strong analytical competencies, with experience in navigating through large datasets to derive relevant insights with the use of data exploration or analysis techniques. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs applications, familiarity with quantitative data collection software/platforms; knowledge of Python or other programming languages beneficial, but not required. Proficiency with Hubspot would be a bonus. • Fluency in English (required); Working proficiency in other foreign languages beneficial, but not required.
