📋 Description

• Manage key accounts for customer and technical service needs • Assist Clients with waste disposal needs as per service agreements • Provide support to internal teams for customer satisfaction • Manage communications and logistics for assigned customers • Ensure accuracy in order processing and invoicing • Partner with Sales to increase revenue growth • Coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams • Maintain updated customer records • Conduct proactive communication with customers • Provide feedback to management on efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in technical account management or customer service • High level of Customer Service acumen and business acumen • Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines • Knowledge of waste characterization, waste handling logistics, and EPA/RCRA regulations (preferred)
