• At Environment Bank (EB) we're rewriting the rulebook on Biodiversity. • Significant investments secured to revolutionise the industry with nature recovery. • We believe work should be fulfilling, inspiring, and balanced. • Join us to make a real difference in the world. • The Commercial Finance Manager manages Habitat Banks (HBs). • Ensures individual performance aligned with business case for Biodiversity Units (BU’s). • Delivers sales strategy based on market demand and characteristics. • Maximises portfolio profitability and performance of each habitat bank. • Collaborates with sales and pricing for revenue strategies. • Provides accurate forecasts based on local market trends and developer demand. • Enhances financial and ecological value of each habitat bank. • Manages stock and ensures early remediation for problem sites.

Requirements

• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex market data, demand trends and financial forecasts to inform strategic decisions. • Financially astute and Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, market positioning and revenue optimisation strategies • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments including sales, marketing, ecology, finance and land teams • Communication: An excellent communicator. Engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders • Technology: understands how to optimise technology, processes and systems to drive efficiency and intelligence creation to enhance decision making.
