Requirements

• A qualified property solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales your 3-5 years of PQE combined with a robust background in leasehold portfolio management, and/or agricultural land law make you a prime candidate for this extraordinary opportunity. • Prior in-house experience is highly desirable but not essential. • Your specialist knowledge means you will be able to quickly understand and unblock legal issues as they arise. • Communication is your superpower, as you effortlessly navigate negotiations with external parties and build relationships with external counsel. • Your excellent judgment and analytical skills are second nature, empowering you to make well-informed decisions in the face of uncertainty. • Collaboration is at the heart of your work, as you seamlessly liaise with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
