• Saviynt are searching for a new lawyer to join the team. • This is a newly created role, due to the exceptional growth in the business. • You will be part of a global legal team that is principally responsible for supporting our commercial sales division. • You will provide advisory and transactional support for commercial law matters, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements related to Saviynt’s technology products. • In addition you will support and advise on non-disclosure agreements, statements of work for delivery of professional services, data protection (GDPR), and intellectual property. • We’re looking for someone who can function independently, take a confident, flexible approach with a growth mindset, and must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales • Minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial contracts • Experience of working with an in-house environment or top tier law firm. • Experience in the technology sector will be a plus. • Language skills would be a plus • Based in London and/or ability to travel into the London office frequently. • Experience with corporate governance and record-keeping, including maintaining corporate documents, managing filings, and overseeing governance practices. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a variety of legal matters simultaneously. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives. • Hands-on experience with contract management systems and legal technology solutions. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Comfortable in a rapidly growing private company setting.
