• Managing labor and employment matters in EMEA in partnership with sophisticated business and HR leaders. • Providing strategic advice and support on a range of topics relating to employment-related agreements, consultation processes, compensation and benefits, performance and disciplinary matters, and internal investigations. • Leading complex, cross-functional, and multi-jurisdictional projects supporting Solventum’s business and HR priorities. • Overseeing employment-related disputes and litigation in partnership with external counsel. • Developing and leading training on labor and employment law topics. • Strategically managing outside counsel on projects of significant impact and/or complexity. • Monitoring and proactively managing legal issues and developments, through direct involvement or management of law firms. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a sustainable structure to support the business needs. • Developing and sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues in support of a collaborative, flexible, and energizing team environment.
• Law degree from an accredited institution. • Qualified to practice law in at least one EMEA jurisdiction (UK, France, or Germany preferred). • Experience advising on employment matters in a strategic manner. • Master’s degree in law from an accredited institution (additional qualification). • Experience working in a sophisticated corporate legal department for a company operating in multiple countries (additional qualification). • Proficient in English, other languages are welcome (additional qualification).
