• Lead the Regional Marketing Organization. • Implement the Global marketing strategy locally in the Region / countries. • Ensure the effective implementation of marketing programs defined by Global Marketing. • Provide strategic market direction and leadership in product positioning.
• Academic degree, ideal Master, in Marketing and Communication • Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written) • Excellent product and marketing knowledge • Strong leadership capabilities • Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly Powerpoint, Word and Excel) • Ability to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently but still in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, CEU marketing organization, the Regional sales organization as well as the CEU T&E organization • Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities • At least 5 years experience from practically leading a marketing department in a subsidiary of a global organization • Comprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel Management
