• Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. • Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
• A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience in the dental field, or more experience in the medical device field. • Strong communication and selling skills. • Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc). • Cold-call and prospecting capabilities. • Strong problem-solving attitude. • Able to work well with peers and across functions. • Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools). • Able to work under pressure. • Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs. • Proficiency in Dutch and English. • Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred. • Able to lead by example.
