Description

• Own and manage dealer marketing funnel actions to achieve sales-out growth targets. • Design and establish new growth initiatives in collaboration with dealers and Kerr Nordic/Baltic’s sales management. • Responsible and accountable for the territory’s marketing budget and to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of the marketing spend to deliver sell-out growth. • Coordinate and share best practices with the respective Business Units, other regional marketing managers, local sales team and other OpCos to develop strategies, achieve sales and marketing objectives, influence and localize global initiatives to develop & execute local downstream marketing activities. • Establish and execute an events program to include tradeshows, digital events and hands-on courses with the sales team and selected dealer partners. • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and accelerate learnings. • Evaluate dealer partner sell-out data, customer trends, market conditions, competitor performance and implement / adjust marketing plans accordingly. • Track the success of campaigns and promotions in terms of lead generation and sales conversion and implement countermeasures when necessary. • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and product knowledge to ensure effective selection of focus products and launch of new products. • Evaluate market conditions to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. • iBuy and Powertool. • Market segmentation. • Own competition analysis regarding price positioning, new products, marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing • Experience in a B2B and/or B2C selling environment - including background in the dental, healthcare technology or diagnostic industry. • Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory, other national languages are highly desirable (Nordic/Baltic language)
