• Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) seeks a Director of Brand Journalism and Thought Leadership. • Shape and communicate EO's narratives through media platforms. • Develop and implement brand journalism and thought leadership strategies. • Author and oversee content from staff, agencies, and freelancers. • Requires a solid background in journalism and C-suite communications. • Focus on accuracy and storytelling, with respect for diverse voices. • Passionate about amplifying the voices of global leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. • 10+ years of combined experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, journalism, or news copy editing. • Experience in a heavily matrixed organization; international team experience is a plus. • Proven ability to advise senior managers and shape communications strategies and plans. • A strong interest in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership trends. • Demonstrated success capturing a thought leader’s voice in written materials, with a preference for experience as a speechwriter for C-level executives, political figures, or other visible leaders. • Exceptional relationship management skills to build rapport, trust, and confidence with key stakeholders. • High degree of professionalism and judgment; ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficient in digital collaboration and project management tools such as MS Teams and Monday.com. • Experience managing multiple complex projects with high attention to detail. • A self-starter who thrives in remote-work environments and drives clarity around narratives, goals, and timelines
