📋 Description
• Work with the Industry Leader at Eon. • Create and launch eon’s Data Products leveraging unique data assets. • Collaborate with customers, internal/external SMEs for product development. • Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare analytics. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams. • Implement and manage product analytics tools like Pendo. • Identify patterns leading to successful outcomes and recommend improvements. • Develop frameworks for tracking product performance and present to leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience. • Proven experience developing and launching data products or analytics-driven solutions, preferably on the delivery/health system side of healthcare. • Familiarity with health system data (EMR, financial) and health system finance and operations. • Expertise in product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Administration). • An advanced degree is a plus.
